A Rare Case of Extraosseous Osteosarcoma of the Parotid Gland

Abstract

Primary extraosseous osteosarcomas (EOO) are very rare and extraosseous osteosarcoma of the parotid gland is even rarer. When they occur, EOO pursues a very aggressive cause. The consequence of the rarity of this malignancy and its aggressive course is that treatment guidelines are not yet standardized.
